Over the last several years I have dedicated myself to understanding the complicated world of skin care products. My original goal was to develop a Microdermabrasion protocol. I needed pre and post treatment products that were effective, non-irritating, and safe for my clients. My research (in the field, on the internet, on my clients) lead me to ColoreScience and IS Clinical, and at that point, I decided to get involved in the retail business. Mainly because I was sure that when my clients asked me what was the best on the market, I would be referring them to a spa that retailed IS Cinical, ColoreScience, and C’Watre. Under a doctor’s supervision, we are able to retail the most effective ingredients on the market. Ingredients and formulation make the difference.

As a convenience to our customers and to celebrate the launch of our online store, we are currently offering free shipping on all orders. Currently we are only shipping to customers within the United States. Customers outside the United States who would like to inquire about a purchase should contact us.
RETURNS
How to return a product to Reverse Effects, Inc.:
I want you to be happy with what you purchase at Reverse Effects, Inc. That is why I support every product offered with a 60-day 100% Unconditional Guarantee.
In order to return an item, a return authorization must be issued within 60 days of the ship date of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please call us at 760-643-1602 to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.
When returning a purchase, we will ask that you provide detailed information regarding your experience. We are a clinical spa and pride ourselves on results and product feedback.
Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.
